Cool Cat Brisket

INGREDIENTS

3 lb. Beef Brisket

1 large onion, sliced

2 cups low sodium chicken stock

5 Teaspoons Cool Cat Cocoa

 

Directions:Rub brisket all over withCool Cat Cocoaand let sit for 30 minutes. Add chicken stock and onion to a slow cooker and place brisket on top. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours or until brisket is fork tender. Remove brisket from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices.
