From the Provencal region of France comes this classic dish. However, we’re from Maine so we’ve got to put our special twist on it by adding a little maple syrup for some serious yum.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 CUP Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 TBSP. cider vinegar
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
1 TSP. Herbs de Provence
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken thighs
Directions: Combine first 5 ingredients. Pour over chicken in ovenproof baking dish. Bake at 375-degrees. Baste after 20 minutes. Continue baking until chicken registers an internal temperature of 165-degrees on a meat thermometer.
