1 bunch curly kale, washed and dried
3 Tsp. Hip to the Chili
Olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove tough center rib from kale leaves and tear them into bite size pieces. Place on a sheet pan that has been covered with parchment or foil. Spray the kale with olive oil and sprinkle Hip to the Chili all over the kale. Place in oven for approximately 15 minutes until crispy and serve.
