Hip to the Chili Bean Burrito Bowl

Who doesn’t love a quick pantry meal? This burrito bowl is easy and delicious thanks to Hubba Hubba Foods’ Hip to the Chili Tex-Mex spice blend.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 Tsp. salt
1 Med. onion, finely diced
1 Tsp. Hip to the Chili (or more to taste)
1 15 oz. can rinsed and drained beans, such as pinto beans, black beans or kidney beans
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
Cooked rice
Condiments of your choice

DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet, heat canola oil over low heat and add onion and salt. Cook for 5-6 minutes until onions are translucent. Add Hip to the Chili and cook for 1 minute to bloom the flavor. Add beans and tomatoes to skillet and increase heat to medium. Heat for 5 minutes until flavors are combined and mixture is bubbling. Serve over rice and add your favorite condiments.
